        4. Property Selection:

        After running a comparative market analysis on each property a personalized selection of properties, shortlisted according to your needs, will be presented to you to choose from, enabling you to make an informed decision.

        5. Inspection through to initial offer:

        After selecting the property we coordinate with a qualified real estate professional to perform the initial property inspection.  Then the due diligence process starts with accessing the legal side of the property and arranging the building and pest inspections. We will negotiate to secure the property under fair market value and the initial offer will be made. Upon acceptance of the offer, we support you to finalize the contract with financial arrangements and successful completion of due diligence. We collaborate with all referral partners, real estate agents, solicitors / Conveyancers, building and pest inspectors for a smooth, reliable settlement process.(legal and Due diligence costs not covered).
